These are the Photo Galleries taken between May and August 2012.

Photos are taken most weeks and provide a record of activities at the club.

There is often a theme for the week, but a wide variety of pieces is normally brought for display.

A wide cariety of Goblets - from 6 to 200mm tall. Many ornate stems - tall, short, some with twists and many with a captive ring. Many spectactular for the woods used, or for the decoration and craftsmanship.

Gregory Moreton demonstrated a number of offset turning techniques while making a two recess bowl and a bud vase with flower. He also turned a sphere and a shallow natural edged dish.

Items displayed included Pens, Coloured Piercings, Plates, Lidded Box with Piercings, Compasses, Pott-Pourri, Clocks. Napkins Holders, a Clock Creation, a Candle Holder, a Needle Case and a Bowl Turning Jig.

Just two "Needle Cases" - Roy then made one with a threaded lid. Pieces showed included an inlayed bowl, a spalted walnut bowl and a two recess bowl plus a selection of spheres.

The Table Lamp theme was very popular and well supported - ten lamps were shown. Additionally there were bowls, boxes, dividers, a tazza, pens as well as the demonstrations by Roy and Allen.

Along with other pieces, there were a variety of Coasters - some relatively plain, some with intricate detail.

The variety included - the Offset Clock, Pott-Pouri, Bowls and Dishes, Ear Ring Stand, Natural Edged dish and Vase, Bud Vase, Lidded Boxes and several items with "challenging and interesting" woods.

An Olympic Torch, many coloured Bud Vases and Spinning Tops, Lidded Boxes, Plates, Bowls, Metal Gilding, a Ring Puzzle Box, a Long Stemmed Goblet with Captive Ring, a Magnifying Glass and a Tear Drop.
