Woods shown included Chestnut, Goncalo Alves, Apple, Beech, Sycamore, Cherry, Oak, Yew, Zebrano, Mahogany, Holly, Pink Ivory and Lebanese Cedar.

Pieces shown included a large pot in Chestnut; an ebonised vase with airbrush blown paint design, a bowl with wide rim in a vine shape - in Goncalo Alves; a set of figures of old men; a collection of mice; a natural edged vase in Apple, a skeleton clock, a floral design piece with Zebrano base; segmented lidded boxes with inlays; and a solitaire board with marbles.

Mark Wardle brought his hollowing tools with his unique method of setting wall thickness.

Roy Boulton demo'd turning a bowl in Elm plus an earring in Pink Ivory ... plus more ....

Allen Atkins demo'd brought the completed hollow form in Lebanese Cedar and Walnut which he demo's turning at the Members Day meeting. He demo'd turning a hollow form in Apple wood and also a natural edged banana form dish in Holly.
