Turning Club - 11/Oct/2014 - Greg Moreton demo day.

Greg demonstrated turning a number of pieces - many using shadow turning techniques.

A very rough looking piece of MonKey Puzzle Tree was transformed into a graceful artistic pedestal bowl.

Next a pair of Banksia nuts plus a piece of Jarrer were turned into an attractive table lamp. This included hollow boring techniques.

He then demonstrated his techniques for creating a sphere using shadow turning and turning between cups.

Finally a piece of Yew branch was converted into an attractive Floral Leaf design Bud Vase.
